50%x5 (this is for true warm up - if you are not warm, repeat it. I usually use less than 50% and just go with 135 pounds for a few sets)
70%x1 (these just get you feeling the weight)
85%x1 (always stop warmups at 80-85%)
100%x1 (this should be easy if your routine paid off)
105%x1 (long rest periods from here on out)
120%x1 (if you make this one, keep adding 10-20 pounds after 10-15 minute rest and psyche-up periods until you fail)
