I registered there for one reason, to be able to read Members Only section. Not that it turned out to be any more useful than the rest of it. I just get suckered in by the answers some poor sods get from the glorious Elite Master Instructors and their followers. Like the guy who can barely hold 24 kg above the head. "Lift lighter kettlebell if 24 kg is too heavy!!!!!" The same is you suggest that some aspects of GS technique is useful for everyone training for strength. "That's not what Strong First teaches!"

Fuck it. Mr. Freides particularly. He takes wankery to new heights.
