Garm on general conditioning

For general conditioning, I would pick:

1) Distance running for an hour or more at a fast-moderate pace over variable terrain every other day. Rocks, roots, uneven trails, etc = good.
2) Dead lift at near 1RM, say 85%, for 5 sets of triples three times a week.
3) Fundamental plyometric drills, 20-30 minutes per day, every day. Depth jumps, twists, catches, medicine ball drills, cariocas, and whatever else one could think of to ensure that each possible motion was covered.

This would cover all of the energy systems and give cardiovascular, near whole body limit strength, and explosive power benefits.

I would pick whatever Garm wasn't doing.
