L-sits: Isometric hamstring flexibility.
Pistols: Some hip flexor flexibility, some isometric hamstring flexibility if you keep the airborne leg as high as possible.

I think if you work into the squat gradually, squating can become a shoulder flexiblity exercise also. I've been able to do some crazy stuff in wrestling because of my flexible shoulders
