Whenever you are confronted with something that appears to be magical, miraculous, or makes the otherwise difficult easy to achieve, you have to ask yourself one question: Which is more likely – that the laws of physics have been repealed or that someone is blowing smoke up your ass to make a quick buck?

EMS is great for recovery, but does not impart enough stress to make any difference in power. That's why it’s good for recovery – light contractions. Turn the knob up as high as it goes and you still are not anywhere near a meaningful training effect. My Osteopath uses it on me all the time, and on the little old ladies, too.
