Your training is attempting to control and manipulate, to the maximum extent possible, all the variables that must be maximized in order to build the exact strength you require. MMA strength may not be usefull on the Powerlifting Platform or in the pits of the NFL, or even the hills of the Tour de France.

1.Define What Kind of Strength you Really want.
2. Decide if you are really willing to pay the Price to get #1.
3. Educate yourself on what you exactly need to do to acheive your goal.
4. If horrified, then repeat #2, if ready to pay price then proceed to 5.
5. Work hard for years.
