Here is my own observation from 100 reps jerk with 24. I did not feel at any point that I am not strong enough to do it, I just felt pain starting after rep 50, I felt that I needed to be patient,
that is it, patient, patient, and 50 more times patient. Each time I had to tell myself: one more time, I just needed to beg myself each time for one more rep, and it had nothing to do with my strength. You do not need to be strong to run a marathon, you just need to kill your suffering and pain. That what the whole KB lifting is about.
If you need to be strong, lift one time the weight you can lift one time. KB lifting is a different emimal, it's more of endurance than anything else.
