All the equiptment in the garage is wet so it was a shoulder/ab workout in the basement
Rocca presses on an 18" box X 5 sets
36kg bell presses
40kg bell push presses
36kg bell 1 arm long cycle
TRX ab stuff

Next time I may use 100 lb sandbag for lunges,

and wing the 40kg bell
