Seated calf raise 90x3x20

Notes: at a good spot with the chin ups on volume. Completed the push-ups as required but will probably not bump until the chins are ready to bump. Will continue doing them 50:20 style with a paired set every 2 minutes. Seated calf raise will be a staple as it hits my ankle exactly where I've been having issues.
