So i was ill almost year, went trough the surgery, then after it noticed i have high blood pressure, some more problems.
All in all i almost did not train last year, theb i stopped kettlebell sport and switched to bodyweight.

first training after two week break.

Squats 32kg(5), 44kg(5,5)
Chinups with l-sit 3*3
Ring dips 1,2,2,2
Pegtop 1/1,2/2,2/2

Decide to walk from work, about 40~60min 5 days a week, will call it cardio for a while.

Walking or riding a bike to work is one of the best ways to sneak LSD cardio into the day. And it beats the shit out of a car.
