Thanks, but i need to correct my training.
yesterday:
ring pullups 6,5,4,4
inverted tuck roll chinups 3,4,3,3
skin the cat on rings 2,3,3
russian dips 4,3
chest expander (2 springs) 15,12,12
pistol squats several sets of 1-2 reps

I will exclude russian dips and pullups on bar from training, they are too hard after GMB part.
At least while i training outdoor. In Fall i'll switch to dips and pullups again.
Today morning blood pressure was 154/100, so i need some corrections :)

At first it was very hard, and i tried from time to time return to kettlebell training.
But i stopped competing, and i just have not guts for persuing CMS, so no more stimulus for KB training.
Now i just can't imagine myself doing long sets, sets of 3-8 reps much more comfortable, and i feel myself much more athletic with bodyweight training.

Gregor wrote article recently "To suffer or not to suffer", i made choise "not suffer" :)
Ketlebels it is "sport", and bodyweight training it is "fitness".
I just can't do "sport" anymore.

I am dealing with the same thing although my hiatus was due to recurring elbow and shoulder issues. I still feel the pull of GS training but I don't have the time or money to travel for competing. I still haven't totally given up on going back to GS training though. At the same time I really do enjoy the Gymnastics Bodies stuff. I may still toss in some swings and cleans from time to time and may possibly even mess around with some Strong Sport.
