Pseudoplanche pushups from knees 4*8
Pseudoplanche holds 3*4 (~5sec)
Tuck holds 3*4 (~5sec)
Pseudoplanche mountclimber from knees 3*(6/6)
Squats 2*22kg on shoulders 6,7,7,7
