It's not Cal Dietz's program. It was taught to him by Douglas Heel. There has been stuff on it on EliteFTS. I've read some articles and applied some basic concepts on myself and liked the results.climber511 wrote:What do you all think of the Cal Dietz Be Activated and Reset stuff?
