Goldmine

Here is a copy & paste of a Facebook post by Lars Avemarie. There's a ton of stuff here that can only make you a better person/athlete.

Do Not Watch List:
Food Matters
Food, Inc.
Farmageddon
Forks Over Knives
King Corn
Hungry For Change
Fed Up
That Sugar Film
Vaxxed
Carb loaded
What the health
Cowspiracy
Sugar: the bitter truth
Did I miss any?
Instead of watching a bias, misleading and stupid (making many logical errors and erroneous scientific thinking) documentary. View something that requires conscious attention, and does not serve you clear, simple, and wrong answer to a very complex problem.
"For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong" H. L. Mencken
How about viewing something that does not support your preconceived beliefs, and something that force you to think, and that challenge your beliefs...
Learning to detox your thinking process (thanks for that one Morten Elsøe), of low quality and erroneous thinking is in my book the best antidote to believing BS.

I started reading his recommendations while grounded with a copper anklet

Michael Shermer and James Randi are pretty dodgy characters. So is Steven Novella.
