That's an injury waiting to happen after 5.

And Greg Glassman already invented it.

To be fair, I don’t think it was programming so much as it was a “what the hell” challenge workout by one of the kettlebell marathon guys.

One exercise for each kettlebell marathon guy in the US? Thoughtful.

Stopping at 10 reps? Pussies. Jokes aside, I wouldn't be surprised to see Rachinsky or Rudnev going with this shit for a day.

Standard kettlebell snatch to the overhead position but from overhead you drop to the rack position.

Leave it to losers who can take a great tool like a kettlebells and mess it up.

I like complexes and chains as much as anybody, but you need to know when it's time to put the bell down.

Challenges aren't smart unless you train for them.

Dan John has a couple of tests, the Eagle which is farmers carries with 8 sets of 8 reps of front kettlebell squats with 24's . What possibly could go wrong there with your lower back? I can feel my sacrum popping just thinking of that.

Or, the 315 lb. deadlift challenge. On the minute do 1 deadlift with 315 for 30 minutes. Fatigue has to take over sooner or later, and as you get tired, you start to rush your setup. You start lifting with the wrong muscles.

Young man's game. And youth is wasted on the young

The best challenges were on the old Power & Bulk forum: drink a liter of vodka and eat three boxes of marshmallow PEEPS while doing as many 405 deadifts as possible in an hour. I wish we had some of those threads saved, true viking power from times of yore.

I would like to create a reenactment of the Battle of Stalingrad with live ammo. Lets see how many of these challenge fuckers sign up for that.

These challenges are for people who have lost but want to pretend they haven't. Want a challenge? Get on the podium in a real sport.
