3. 3 rounds of hanging knee raise and founder

4. 2 rounds of:

2h swings - 28kg x 5-10-15-20-25
Hindu push ups - 2,4,6,8,10

5. 2 sets of reverse fly’s and flys on rings

4b: neutral grip chins - 3 x (2,3,5)

5a: dragon flag - 3 singles

5b: slow motion db flys - 3 sets
