Couldn’t log in as Odin so I’ve extended my name to reference the epic poem that describes the centuries old battle that took place in the village I grew up in.
Anyway, pretentious intro out the way, my goals are to stay hench and attract milfs. Here is a log of my efforts

a: hammer pulldown – ramped up to 160kg x 8 reps
b: hammer row – 70kg x 10
c: reverse pec deck – 66kg x 11
d: straight arm pulldown – 25kg x 18 rp
e: rack pull from knee – 130kg x 6 (easy)
f: ab machine – 3 sets
all tempos very slow and controlled. Everything done to failure except rack pulls which are going to be an easy progression over the weeks
