I moved to my present location nearly two years ago. Prior to moving I got rid of a squat rack, pull-down machine, and the accessories that go along with. I thought I could get by, at my current place, with cattle-balls and a pull-up bar. I was wrong. So now I need to re-equip. I realize we may yet be in some kind of equipment drought, but I’d be grateful for recommendations on what to get. Height is no problem, my new gym has effectively infinite ceiling height. I’m a tall guy (6’3″), so if you have specific recommendations in that direction, I’m all ears. I’m thinking some kind of rack, with safety bars, a bench, and optimally a pull-down doohickey, but I can work around that… If you think the bar or ballast is important, I’d be happy to hear that as well. My last gear was all “Body Solid” or some shit and worked just fine at obeying gravitation…
