I signed up. There is a 50% discount for the first month, and if you only want the programs a month is enough to copy the whole site. There is an interactive part, where you send the video of your training; I assume there will be some feedback.
In spite of the simplicity Zero program is a decent workout for the legs. As I said before, “knees over toes” is not just that, squatting with knees forward. It is the complete system of joint rehab.
An update. The program is a killer. A fucking murderer. It’s a hard slap of the ego to realise how deficient I am in many strength and flexibility areas, in spite of regular training, bjj and kettlebells.
The name – kneesovertoes – is definitely misleading. Rubber band pull aparts, ring rows, ring push ups, quad and piriformis stretching and some other stuff was today’s workout. Dishing out 25 bucks just for the list of workouts is worthwhile in itself.

Agreed. I’m not too blown out by the workouts, but I do feel like I’m activated and strengthened where I should and need to be.
Squatting with knees over toes has solved problems with my knees. Out of all exercises in this guy’s program you can do the progression of knees forward squats. Get on your top toes, knees forward, get as low as you can without pain. Two-three sets of five to ten reps. With mild warm up I could do the kneeling trick straight away.
In the last couple of years my knees started giving me some trouble. Some pains when walking up or down the stairs, usually exaggerated by running. Now if I do these squats regularly my knees are fine. I run at least twice a week now for an hour.
The rest of the program is very useful as well, it’s just I am too lazy to do it. But knees forward squatting has been a game changer for me.

So you aren’t doing all the accoutrement? The tibialis raises etc.?
Sorry, Luke, I missed your post. I am doing the prescribed exercises sporadically, but making sure I do lunges and squats the way he prescribes, knees forward. Also trying to find the time for stretches, they are quite good.
Sango – has he got member-only hip specific routines that he might not have on YouTube?
Not really. His whole program is more concise than piecing YT clips together, but I don’t think there’s anything new in there.
I heard him on the Power Project again and I think his hip reco was split squats. Thought it could have been more involved; guess not!

It’s actually pretty straight forward. You need a lot of equipment, like slant boards, a bench, barbell, rack etc, to do anything but the “Zero” program, but it’s all pretty simple in terms of programming for reps and sets.
I’d like to note that while he fashions himself a Poliquin disciple, I’ve never seen him recommend scap jacks or whatever that combo was where you do pushdowns with one arm and curls with the other and match the failure point for each.
