Past month or so I’ve been focusing on BW work. Mostly circuits of push up, leg, pull, core.
In an effort to mix it up I found Shifu Yan Lei. The video above is a an example of how I’ve been incorporating some of his stuff.

Shadow box , Squat, Push up, Band pull apart kicks
The addition of the kicks has been a real positive aspect. Flexibility and mobility are increasing.
As I’ve watched more of his videos and read his blog posts I’ve been incorporating a few more things here and there.
I’m really liking the guy, liking what he teaches and how he presents/sequences.
All that being said, if you are not, I highly recommend the addition of some basic kicks into what you are doing.
Like I said earlier, they have really improved flexibility, coordination, and general mobility.
