Meh. Anything is legal if you know how to work the system. The Exclusionary Clause has existed for decades – search a home for weed, find hanging bodies, bodies are inadmissible. In this case, I side with the court, although I suspect the whole thing was rigged with lot$ of dollar$ to achieve a $pecific outcome, the rule is a good one and serves to protect constitutional rights. I tend to agree, although it’s hard for me to fathom why a prior prosecutor would have made such an offer to Cosby. To me it highlights the fact that race is, by far, not the dividing line that matters in America but wealth is.
