Although it won’t heal your labrum, I found that doing abduction and adduction isolation exercises with leg day helped with hip pain.
I do this on either side of my leg, without any hip compensation (either side-to-side or in rotation), or rotating the foot away from neutral, for 2-4 sets a leg after finishing my compound quad exercises (squats and lunges):
