<p>Some glute stetches, typically the one on your back with legs folder over, I don&#8217;t feel in the affected side &#8211; but a few of them have hit the capsule and I think it&#8217;s going well.</p>

<p>If you want to concentrate on your deadlift get RDLs going, snatch grip, different stances, front/box squats help too etc. etc. The front squat can help your deadlift while also being back friendly &#8211; for the most part. <p>We now tend to go to bed before the Dan John witching hour of 11pm &#8211; I&#8217;ll still read until quite late sometimes &#8211; but her audio sleep meditations tend to knock me out too!</p>

<p>Autism measurement factor is a high pro for me. I can see what the dumbbells weigh, with bands I&#8217;m never sure and I have to train in parks so my set up is usually never the same.</p>
