<p>Cotter&#8217;s &#8220;Little Nine Heaven&#8221; sequence helped my son with his sleep after he had a craniotomy and 31 sessions of radiation therapy for a non-cancerous tumor that ended up destroying his pituitary.</p>
<p>Aside from that, treating my sleep apnea with a CPAP isn&#8217;t sexy but it sure made dramatic improvements in how I felt.  Going on 6 years now.</p>

<p>The above mentioned &#8220;Tyler Twist&#8221; has been very useful for elbow tendonitis (I think Sangoma originally mentioned this).</p>
<p>Seems like the underlying philosophy now is &#8220;load heals&#8221;.  You just have to understand how to apply that load for your condition.</p>

<p>On one hand, Kauai and I imagine the other Hawaiian islands, are beautiful beyond belief.  We stayed in Princeville, by Hanelei, and could only go north a few times a day due to a mud slide that fucked up the road.</p>

<p>Did MM1, added an airdyne effort on top of the circuit.  Made it a bit more strenuous but I warmed up better.</p>
<p>airdyne 60s effort<br />
goblet squat, 3 sets<br />
rack push up, using t grip bar for parallel grip, 3 sets (note:  I hold an isometric at the bottom for as long as I can after each set is done)<br />
dumbbell curls with fat grips, 3 sets.</p>

<p>Nautilus, Atkins Dieting, Kettlebells, etc&#8230;.he might be in second or third, but he&#8217;s never been a pioneer.  That being said he seems super bad with building his own brand, as &#8220;durable, BJJ coach and player&#8221; is as good a place to hang his hat as any.</p>

<p>From when I was in high school and running before breakfast for wrestling was &#8216;the&#8217; thing to do to lose weight, to most days of the week nowadays, when I walk for an hour on an empty stomach then I might do a quick morning minimum session of either resistance work or intervals.</p>
