Greetings. Former Marine, LEO, weightlifting newb- relatively speaking, mid 30’s. Last year I had the realization of self that includes personal dissatisfaction with performance/appearance and that little something which results from pride. Mainly I was fat and weak. Problem was I didn’t know what to do. My wife deployed overseas so I decided to try a life change while she was gone and I figured I’d do this p90x business and live on a diet of Healthy Choice meals. That was great for getting to the point where I could run a mile and a half in twelve and lose about 30 pounds but still didn’t teach me much about strength.
Then I found Starting Strength, wow- a method, a program? And I could get a barbell set for 150 bucks. I started that program last August and soon found there was a website… with a forum. I went there craving knowledges and found a ton of doosh instead. In one particularly lame and unhelpful thread someone said something like, “You think this is a scary place to post, you should try IGX, those guys are relentless evil bastards.”
Naturally I investigated, hand quivering as I tried to mouse the pointer to the search button. I found a whole new world- stuff about kettlebells and ladders and picking up big rocks and throwing telephone poles. The couch thread, it took me about 3.5 months but I read every page- learning names and personalities and watching some drop away never to be heard from again.
I discovered Dan John, read Never Let Go and became an instant fan. PL54 is my internet hero. Shaf and ladders (which I think I’m ready to incorporate), WGM and my love for andro broads: lots of great people here.
Anyway, that’s me. I’m mainly here to log a training journal and I figured that with the weird respect/love/hate thing I have going for this place, and since I read the site everyday anyway, I may as well dip my toe into the hot tub that is IGx.

This doosh added the nice touch of fellating our more well known members. That's some high quality ass licking right there.zak-zombie wrote:Classic I'm former Military LEO please accept me crap, post pics of tits or GTFO
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Great, more estrogen.

Yuo forgot to mention Proto. He is a bastion of training knowledge. Jgmack will teach you all there is to know about spying on mens genitals in public toilets. And BigBruvofEnglandUK will spy on your genitals in a public toilet.

My calendar is a little full but I have an open weekend in early May. Prepare yourself for a weekend camping experience where I will explain in detail the history and inner workings of IGx and I will also be raping you repeatedly. It will help if you have any experience in outdoor cooking especially on a BIG GREEN EGG and in using a TRX. If you're on a SWAT team make sure you have your will completed.

I didn't know you had a BIG GREEN EGG. First I've seen it mentioned here.

Obviously will be a fine addition to the cabal.
The P90X reference while wife was gone was a bit scary.

Re: Intro
Wait, I didn't read his intro when I sensed serious homo coming about, but it looks like I was right.
Fat cop, "wife" deployed... he'll make a perfect friend for Beer Jew.
You two will get along great. He loves mens bottoms and is having some trouble coming to grips with it, which is probably the reason for his above post. It could also be that he's a retard, so I think you two will be bosom buddies. Congrats.

It's been over 12 hours since I read that opening post and my hate has grown. The West is in decline not because of weakness. But because people like CCX who are intensely annoying feel it is their right to go around sapping everyone else of the will to live. In a less civilised society, he'd have been killed long ago by someone tired of him being such a shithead.

CCX, since you're a former jarhead I'm gonna try to give you a break but you have to affirm right here and right now that you are a good officer that follows the tenants of the phrase "to protect and serve" and causing needless unnecessary harm to others is something you stand against. Although most of us come across as complete pricks I think I can say with confidence that the members of this board have a heightened sense of fairness and righteousness and can not stand by for the despicable behavior displayed by most police officers.
