Thoughts anybody on female weight for challenge? 185? 205? 225?

I thought 185 was decided.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

I posted immediately to T-nation, following that article giving IGX full credit.

We were talking one night and I was telling Dan, that each year I have two "doing something stupid" challenges. I love that 315# dead challenge, cuz I end putting in some solid volume so I won't embrass myelf.

Last year, was the 5k race with "0" training. Jump in and gut it out.

It became an article.

I apologize for any and all.
Come DJ, don't be another hater scamming CFs intellectually copyrighted material for your own. I have a hard time believing these are from your squat progressions, even though I have seen them on your DVDs, Couch himself stated you have no squat.

Here I thought I could get some good info by reading your book three times and spending countless hours watching your DVDs when I could have just visited @f and soaked up all the info based on data collected from numerious elite athletes, Couch has so graciously made available for free.

Like I'd believe a guy with 40 some odd years of experience, you can't draw a bell curve to explain "experience"

man do I feel dumb.

a lot of fat haters here. Health and safety regs at work require 2 or more people to lift any load over 25kg, so why would I or anyone else need a 315 lb deadlift? It defies logic. The warriors in the gulf who we stand shoulder to shoulder with each day are way better working on shaving seconds off their Murph time than your pathetic irongarm challenge.
that has to be a troll.
Has to be.

Grip Junky,

No, I haven’t read any of those books. I do have a 1 pod bell, but never gone to any RKC or AKC certs.
Currently I am actively following Fred Hahn and focusing on using machines. That’s why I won’t be able to participate in your “IRONGARM” challenge. But good luck to all. Just remember, there are many different ways to get a good workout.

My neighbors already won't talk to me, wait until they see me running backwards down the street!!
Comment #9 - Posted by: mholla44 at February 1, 2010 5:15 PM
Hmmm, not sure if my knee is ready for this much running at a time. Looks like I'll have to take some small breaks in between.

Is there a technique for running backwards?
Comment #13 - Posted by: FinnishCraig m/22/159/5'8" at February 1, 2010 5:24 PM
NICE!! nothing that involves my hands or shoulders. Now i jus gotta find somewhere to run cuz im deff not doing this on a mil. Mmmhhh i kinda of like running now, cuz there are so many more WODs that suck much worse.

DO WORK!!!
Comment #17 - Posted by: BlackCatX-Fit at February 1, 2010 5:42 PM
hmmmm... Two doctors have told me not to run anymore (one for my knee the other for my back). Guess I get to choose what I do tomorrow as I cannot imagine a way to sub this rowing...

I hope I don't fall on my ass! I did a year an a half ago when I was refereeing a passing league game. A gremlin jumped out and knocked me ass over head. It would have been quite funny had I not partially torn my PCL!
