Jen Conlin finally defriended me on facebook after she posted a vid of Kyle Maynard working out asking "Why can't you Crossfit?" and my reply was "Why can't couch Crossfit?"

I liked commenting on Jen's FB posts, since she and I share similar taste in dogs and women, but I suppose all good things must come to an end.
