The layout of the video images and the commentary emulate popular sport broadcasts, with the jizzloving commentator citing results from the stupid Gayfit regionals like the bitch had just won the Ironman and the Olympics on one day. The inflational use of the word "athlete" was just ridiculous. did the work out from Wednesday, April 7 and I'm pretty sure I messed up both my knees with all that jumping. They are painful, especially when walking stairs, make crunching noises occasionally and my leg muscles are tight. Any suggestions?
