I am constantly learning from everyone, including the haters.
Yep, he's learned how to ignore them while shouting to the world that he's still the "sooper-dooper eleet" with hand held out for his $600 certs that are worthless and his heavy diet of Tabata runs and DNFs. Isn't that right, BMacNCheeze? :finga:

He took the whole site down. Happily, Google's cache did not. Enter the LULz

Dave Castro getting folded over trying to half squat 335# with awful form, fucking hilarious. Lipson is strong props to him.

The other two guys had really solid first attempts on stuff. Kahlipas first overhead was very legit as was his first two squats and the first pull. not world beating but stronger than most guys here and he weighs what? 190-200? at most.

Lipson's squats were high, but not freak-show never gonna happen high, with a set of critical training partners that guy would be dunking 500 and pulling 605 with no hitch in short order. forgetting that it's crossfit, it's three dudes fucking around for a camera and each of them had at least one lift that are nothing to snort at.

I might be done with this crap.
Insect. I know you want the Pharm Strap, but that doesn't mean you have to give up the hate. Vices across modal domains and all. I think U R Scared.

I agree that this is hard to shit on, though. I'd hate on Castro if he pulled a bunch of orphans out of a house fire and donated his lotto winnings to Susan G. Komen. But here he's just a dude lifting, and he doesn't look any different than any other trainee with a year in the game. I knew the bastard was stubborn, but I can appreciate anyone willing to fight a deadlift for 20+ seconds. Hell, if every one of the HQ players would put out training videos, however shitty, I'd hate them a lot less.

Khalipa's a badass all the way around. A 240 press, even with a step, is big for a dude his size. And that Lipson dude is sturdy. The more @Fers see a dude squatting in a belt and wraps, the better of they'll be.

Nobody wants to mention that fighting a deadlift for 20 whole seconds (!!!) means you're technique is just fucking terrible. It is not some honorable feat or a show of grit and determination. It is a demonstration of terrible technique and idiocy.

But perhaps I R just scared of Castro's manly determination and steel nerve in the face of sheer adversity.

Despite this being IGx i am going to avoid commenting negatively on any of these lifts. Far greater than a few nitpicky issues with 2-3 of these lifts, those 3 guys all moved some iron with heart.

What i will point out in the spirit of moving big weights is Lipson needs to move away from the couch inspired overthinking of lifts. Kalipa lifted more than you despite your view that your lifts and strength numbers are the same. THEY ARE NOT, HE PRESSES MORE THAN YOU. On the platform there are no moving goalposts, just bars with measurable and discrete numbers on them moved in the vertical domain...or not.

So, I never really bothered reading what DNF wrote until now. His post are full of delightfully unconscious douche.
I’ve had experience on trampolines in the past, have been an avid skateboarder, bmx rider, snowboarder, and just about anything that used to be outlawed and is now mainstream.

Bmack takes narcissism and self-promotion to another level of hell.

"outlawed"??? BMX??? really??? he acts like he was dealing crack saying outlawed.... That is like me saying that I used to be a rebel because we played hockey in the street and moved when the cars came.

Jesus he is annoying.
