CFE Numbers game

I own a CrossFit box and have several athletes (5-6) who are attempting their first/second Ironman triathlons this next year. I have spoken with them in regards to using CFE as a training protocol instead of long slow distance training.

A couple of them are willing to try CFE as their training tool but a couple are asking for data/research to backup CFE training as a valuable tool.

Does anyone out there have any information?

Seem nice? Lauren seems nice because she got screwed over by Otis, but she was complicit with what he did for years. Allison has a body built for sin and works as hard for attention as she does in her training. Still, my lips get chapped just thinking about the motorboating that would go on with these two.
