Thanks,

I remember for about a week we had shit going over at every forum, T-nation, X-fit, P&B, plus all kinds of underground crap happening.

Glasshole would keep responding and would come off as the clueless arrogant drunk fuck that he is.

Now that they have him hidden in some closet, all the newbies at x-fit wouldn't remotely understand all the joy we have had fucking with them.

His divorce was great fun. Turned out half the rumors were mild compared to the reality.

Plus, I could barely figure out how to post back then. Glasshole helped create about 5 years of excellent trolling for me over at x-fit.

Just stopped being fun. I bore easily.

What happened to preparing for the unknown and unknowable?
EVENING CLASSES CANCELLED due to the extreme heat. With a heat index of 112 out the gym's holding steady at 92 degrees. This is an unsafe environment to WOD in. If you feel the need to WOD I suggest you get a day pass at an air conditioned facility. I will personally reimburse an expenses incurred.

It's perfectly OK to stand still and push a bar overhead, but god forbid you lie down and push it horizontally. All hell will break loose.

Oh, but if you do bench press (with reckless abandon), it's perfectly fine to thrust with your legs, but god forbid you move your hips or shoulders while pressing a bar over head. Again, all hell will break loose.

These sorts of truisms are part and parcel of the Cultfit Orthodoxy.

the bigger question is why even read that asinine board? Its @fit with fat people instead of board shorts and rhabdo.

Rip and @fit are made for each other, its actually a shame they broke up. Both have a cult-like following run by egotistical leaders who think they are right 100% of the time, both cater to novices and once you get past the initial growth stage its time to move on to better and more sensible routines and both have forums that are populated by fucking morons.

yes, because we know that only the best "athletes" train in industrial spaces with minimal equipment.

Oh? Do tell.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Trying to indirectly kill his wife (while she was giving birth to his gin soaked spawn, no less) was sure fire hoot.

Yeah, that was a good one. The whole having his cars detailed every day. Young ladies required to run around topless.

That anybody would fuck the horny old drunk, followed by oh yeah, the money.

Was very '60s and 80s debauch. Ken Kesey meets Scarface with carpet munching side bars.

And the incredible amount of money.

Oh, any Glasshole sightings.

Wife was having complication from child birth and our gin soaked hero refused to give the docs the thumbs up to save her. When the wife found out she protested and gimpy tried to tell her this was Gods way of telling them he wanted her in heaven.

As with all of the cooches decissions it was a win for him and a lose for everyone else. He gets the kids, the cash cow cult fitness business, and all the female cult members he can molest.

Lucky for the Ex wife, the doctors listened to the wife, she survived and she soon divorced her gin swilling husband.

Saw this and chuckled. My place gets hot and stays well over 92 degrees in the TX summer. It's high 80's most days as I drive to the gym at 4:15AM.

I'm currently visiting WI, similar weather to cleveland, lake and all. The heat here is a joke compared to TX.

But, then again we train average people sensibly, not the elite.

Chuckle, so fucking elite. Because you know, the military elite they so desperately glam onto take heat breaks all the time when deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq.

"Sorry Sir, but it's fucking 115 degrees out and this Ruck is getting heavy! I say we bag it in and go work out in the air conditioned fitness facility at Kanndahar the REMF use. Heay, has anyone seen my knee high socks and 1% T shirt?"

What does it say about your nonsensicle workout cult, when it's unsafe to exercise in the shade during normal summer weather conditions? 92 fucking degrees? you have got to be kidding me? These fucktards have apparently never heard of drinking a shit load of water and dialing things back a notch.

Man I hate these pouser fucktards.

I've played rugby in 90 degree heat, in the sun, while wearing a heavy cotton shirt.

They are excersizing (they can take breaks as they need to), in the shade, and shirtless.

LOL.... the starting strength forums are some of the most entertaining to read. Nowhere else will you get guys with 225lb benches wondering what bench shirt will give them the biggest boost because they're worried about losing a national meet..... here's an idea... if you bench 225 and squat 300, jesus himself couldn't help you win shit.

If you're going to sling mud, make sure you're accurate first methinks:

His stats as of 7/18. Not too bad for a young newbie.

Height: 5'7"
BW: 183
Squat: 440x1 (with wraps)
Bench: 265x1 (Raw)
Deadlift: 440x1 (Raw)
OHP: 185x1

My gripe were his stats when he began that thread, not how strong he is now. Using a shirt with a bench under 315 is still kind of douchey.
