Crushed another goal today by running a half marathon. Thank you, Danny Lazzeri for being a great training partner. We did this with running only one endurance run per week. Just to prove the effectiveness of our Urban WarFit CrossFit training! So, if you're an endurance athlete and are tired of the wear and tear of the constant pounding, just look up CrossFit Endurance, and then come see us. Get faster, stronger with your endurance while maintaining, and even developing more muscle mass in the process. The proposed billboard features a great white shark biting into a severed human leg, with the jarring slogan, "PAYBACK IS HELL. GO VEGAN."
But there is a catch: PETA hasn't found a home for the ad. It is trying to put the advertisement up on Anna Maria Island in Florida, where a local man was mauled by a bull shark while spear-fishing Saturday.
Charles Wickersham, 21, survived the attack, but remains hospitalized with a severe wound on his left thigh.
"With sharks in the news, we thought it would be a good time to bring up the fact that sharks are not actually the most dangerous predators on the planet - we are," PETA spokeswoman Ashley Byrne told the News.
"Americans alone kill 12 billion fish for food every year."
PETA is still looking for an outdoor advertising company on the island that is willing to put up the hot-button billboard. The organization has casted a wider net throughout surrounding Manatee County.

Does anyone else see a very sad, very hollywood ending coming out of this union? Bboi uproots and moves across the country. Shit hits the fan, they get a bunch of free equipment and cooch gets them out of whatever that business deal was. Now they break down their VA Beach operation and go back to ANYC all of a sudden? What the fuck?

All runners only run one long endurance run each week. The rest of their work is speed work and recovery. Intervals and tempo make up the backbone of every training plan in the world for any serious endurance athlete. @fit acts like they invented interval training.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Why not give us the long(er) story? Because their website has a message (dated 9/28) to email them about their "Boot Camp" workouts. Doesn't sound like they split.
