Will the CrossFit Games see the first repeat champion this year in Jason Khalipa? At a recent local throwdown, Khalipa's team was nearly finished with a police car tow when a teammate’s rope got caught under the tire of the car and she was slammed into the fender. The event was immediately stopped and the team given the choice of towing the car again or receiving a "Did Not Finish." Khalipa refused to DNF and, in a test of mental and physical strength, he and teammate Patrick "Manimal" Barber decided that they alone would tow the car again. Afterward, exhausted and on the ground, Khalipa quipped, "At least it was a good experience."

It's a workout. Sure, it can get you tired. But if you puke after doing a few pullups and squat push presses (THE ALMIGHTY FRAN!!!) you've got a weak stomach - period. The stomach is a muscle too, and when you puke it's the stomach's way of failing.

As a sidenote, notice how Chris Spealler is still one of the few Crossfit competitors who isn't arrogant or full-on koolaid crazy.

today is submission day for the open and already people are taking to FB to complain about the gaymes website. It should be fun watching the fb page fill up with comments and complaints about the website in the next 8 hours. It looks like a lot of the same complaints as last year. People are having troubles with the website and they are not receiving any support from HQ.

We at CrossFit Briga havent been able to do the afifiliate manager process. We have send our concern to the support team but we have not received any instructions and the deadline for submit the results is near. Please help!
