I don't ordinarily afford any special reverence to those who work in the military, but fuck, this is just insulting to those who do serve, or have served, in the forces.

So the wife has a friend at work who started @fit maybe 8-9 months ago. Before she started the woman rolled her ankle at work and tore some ship up pretty good. So no running.

The sub for running was a shit ton of rowing. On top of all the ring rows and band pull-ups that @fit is famous for. And all of this on a woman who has done nothing physical before @fit.

Result was tendinitis in the elbow. But that huge warning signal went unheeded. @fit douchebaggery continued until a full blown case of tendinosis was diagnosed. Apparently a tendon in her elbow was traumatized to the point that it would not heal on it's own anymore no matter what rest/rehab was prescribed. End result was a depression of the tissue on the outside of her elbow and a nice surgery.

And worst part is that she doesn't blame @fit in the least. It's the ankle injury's fault that made her have to sub in all the upper body pulling. She's all @fit all the time. It truly is a fucking cult.
