The Beaver Trap was my favorite name for a strip joint.

I knew girls from "The Body Shop" too. The old LLT was always good for sleazy fun. And who knew the College Inn would ever have re-opened?

For the record, yesterday was deadlift day and nobody posted a 500#+ pull.

"No small part of the CrossFit revolution is to establish what we call "evidence based fitness" - where meaningful assertions about fitness programs are focused on safety, efficacy, and efficiency bolstered by measurable, observable, and repeatable human performance data. Where we're successful, work capacity will reign supreme and markers like V02 max, lactate threshold, and heart rate will rightfully be seen as performance correlates valued solely in proportion to their contribution to programming changes that advance performance."

- Greg Glassman

Translation:We can't outlift, outrun, or outfight an Oly or Pler, a sprinter or marathoner, or a boxer or MMA type at what they specifically do like we initially claimed, so we will measure other things.

BTW..props to the chick jerking 175 a few pix down.

Is that in Wisconsin?
If that is so, then I have never heard of it or been there.

It's just not happening much anymore. Couch has been restricted from posting shit online, for the most part.

Really? Are they taking him out of the loop?
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

@fit is limited mainly by the Couch. Despite my criticism, they have some studly folks who are masters of nothing but probably look good nakid.

Except the couch.

Incidently, Jack Bauer tied up the Couch to find out where the damn nukes were, and when he stripped him down to attach the electrodes to his mini nuts, he got so grossed out he just said screw California.

I ain't the only one who has taken a slight dislike to the man.
Not quite a palace coup, but Arizona was no fluke. Isn't working out there either.
