$500000, including the legal fees, will cover maybe two claims.Gin Master wrote:Uh oh. Better fire up the still.

This is paid-in capital. Premiums will be on top of this. Regardless, it's a very small pool. If I were buying membership in this company, I'd be very careful that I have no liability beyond the paid-in capital. I'd also make sure that I had nothing to do with being an officer or director of the company unless there were a significant E&O policy covering officers and directors. The Unflushable DEATHTURD wrote:$500000, including the legal fees, will cover maybe two claims.Gin Master wrote:Uh oh. One of the ironic results of CrossFit's RRG effort is that the information on CrossFit that any plaintiffs would need for proving their case has been gathered on this thread and on the thread at CrossFit discussing the insurance. Also, the information is now easily accessible to any other insurer analyzing whether they would insure the risk and what the exposure would be. Talk about the law of unintended consequences

Those aren't from KBs. The Westies have started doing testicle slams. Besides being "hardKore, BRAh!," they believe it keeps their raisins from shrinking so quickly.Crust Bucket wrote:Why was she cleaning her kettlebell on her shoulder?

After the 30x Clean & Jerks this week I experienced something I can only describe as dead-arm. Like I just finished pitching a complete game. My shoulders still feel "dead". Hurts to lift water glass to mouth for drinking. It doesn't feel like an injury pain, it feels like soreness, but I was wondering...
Has anybody experienced something similar to this after clean and jerks. It would help put my mind at ease. Thanks!

Call it an educated guess, but I'll bet those bruises are from teh stoopidity that are DB cleans...

Thanks. Phillips's Anabolic Reference Guide was my coffee table book 15 years ago. I'm sure much has changed. I have no need or interest in the stuff now, but it's good to stay current (and you can bet your ass I'll be going to my Dr. when I hit 40 and my T-levels flag).T200 wrote:Anthony Roberts book is good. I haven't kept current from a decade ago, but it looks like some of the old names are still around. I never saw a need to venture past T-Cyp and Deca myself.
William Llewellyn's is very large but I think has some suspect advices as it is really written for male bodybuilders only and is sponsored by several dealers.
Cypionate is good enough for a lifetime, IMO.
Fuck Deca.
You're right about Cyp. I can't imagine taking anything else, although I had buddies get good results on Enanthate and Sust. Deca gets a bad rap, but it was like lube for the joints, which helped for rugby and kickboxing. Maybe fish oil and bands and yoga do the same thing, but deca answered the call before that shit was around.

Anyone notice how Friday's post is up on the main CF site, but not on the affiliate page? Someone doesn't want to accept the RRG didn't make it.

The countdown on the RRG webpage is gold now too.

Re: The couch thread
At a loose end and needing entertainment I go to the injury board. Lady needs a fasciotomy...cut the fascia and release the tightness. Serious shit. Dumb as. My compassion has runneth out.
I'm a female and started crossfit training about a year ago. Recently, I did the 'Angie' workout (involving 100 pullups - assisted & 100 pushups etc). This resulted in severe swelling of my arms and I was in a great deal of pain. l was told to rest, compress and ice them which helped. However, since doing 'Angie', I'm finding that whenever I do any upper body work-out, my arms start to swell up again and become painful. I also seem to have lost overall strength in my arms & upper body - so instead of being able to lift heavier weights, I've had to drop the load to levels I first began training with. I would appreciate any advice on what I should be doing / not doing so that I can get back into ejoying my work-outs instead of dreading the outcome.

I'll give you props for that, Patty. It's still up but will probably be gone by morning.
As of now: $381,600/$500,000. Couch is getting bombed at his favorite speak-easy. Woe to the under performing affiliates.Comments
Throw in the towel, guys. You failed.

Who Failed Patrick? The RRG? Is that what you are writing about...is that what you do at Steadfast Fitness, LLC when stuff gets hard? You encourage your clients to throw in the towel? Please...
I hope I am mistaken...

The RRG is an incredibly weak performer.

One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Re: The couch thread
Youtube has turned Hitler into a great pop culture character.
The question isn't whether RRG will make; the question is how much Couch has to dip into his gin fund to personally fund this. He just wants to minimize his own hurt. Couch will fund the rest. All his disciples will kiss his fat ass, tell everyone how great Couch is, and turn on the affiliates that didn't help the first time. Of course Couch will fund this with money he's already collected from the jackasses, and he'll sell his shares back as people buy in over the next year. But this should happen. Couch isn't going to give up a year's worth of premiums.
