Give him props. He was a very, very strong gymNAAAAAST.
I think many of them are actually gynandromorphs , which are organisms of mixed sex.
Also , gyn and gin could be the same?

In fact , I have done a bit of research and note that a "romorph" is a type of robot http://www.mitpressjournals.org/doi/abs ... lCode=neco. Also , and of great significance , http://74.125.153.132/searchq=cache:WP2 ... =firefox-a
Specifically, pliosauromorphs tend to possess relatively long posterior girdle elements (i.e., coracoid and ischium), but these elements are relatively short in plesiosauromorphs
Hence it is now clear to me that Couch is an L Ron Hubbard disciple , cross-breeding susceptible individuals which tend to show similar somatic features i.e. cyborgs , whose sole intent is to invade your modal domain and destroying your weak Fran time.

Gin-and-romorph - is not obvious now?

Where is our messiah?

I wonder why he has never posted a picture or newspaper referencing how fucking borderline-great he pretends to be in his dreams. How the fuck has not a single dipshit from his fucking cult called him out on this? You can't just walk around and call yourself a former fucking president. Shit is archived! This fucking dipshit never did anything! How can you be great but you never competed in anything and never qualified for anything.

I guess that is great in the cultfit world? Great in your own mind against multiple domains of bullshit and different brands of gin.
He probably invented @F back then.
Sitting on the bench during gymnastics competition, watching his club-mates rake in points, mumbling to himself "I'm so much better than this. They may be good gymnasts, but I can also drink a lot... and run a 10k... even if it takes 2 hours... They are all way too specialized and unfunctional... fucking insects... my leg hurts...".
Shafpocalypse Now wrote: If I put this pie on end, and spin in, it forms a volume of space similar to a sphere.
Now look. I've eaten a pice of pie.
When we spin the pie again, the area cut out of the volume of the sphere equals fitness.

You are 100% wrong. The man said it himself. He could ride a bike, do gymnastics, and run. Here is video evidence of Couch cycling, doing gymnastics, and running. There is even some video of him talking to cops, presumably telling them about @F.

It's about time they started fleecing the flock for overprice apparel.

LiftHeavyShit has caught the correct. I went on a serious archive-checking rampage - not just random google shit, but newspapers and so on - a couple years ago, and never caught a glimpse of any kind of Greg Glassman doing jack shit anywhere. If he 'bordered on great' he kept it a secret from the consensus-reality-based individuals of the time.

Has anyone ever called him out and said, 'ok, couch, which was your biggest result at your biggest event?'. It's an easy question to answer for any of us that have ever competed in anything. I mean, seriously - anyone that has ever done a sport - are you in any doubt what your finest moment was? Couch?

Something tells me that Glassman can honestly say, with a straight face, that anything and everything he's EVER done was, is, and will be either:

(a) great,
(b) bordering on greatness, or
(c) would've been great if not for folks conspiring against him to prevent his greatness from shining through.

He honestly, legitimately believes this to be true. He is great, and he knows it. Problem is, he's a man before his time. Misunderstood and unfairly targeted by jealous critics who are out to get him.

This is why he shows righteous indignation anytime someone points out the obvious flaws with him and his 'system.'

Just using a name for advertising, like several good affiliates. Note that Greyskull isn't on the RRG list. He is truly not dedicated to the Reich.

They've been doing overpricing shirts forever. I paid nearly $30 for mine about a year and a half ago. Now they charge more and they even dumbed-down the design. No idea how much affiliates typically charge for their shirts, but probably in the same range for many of them. Gotta follow in the wise money-grubbing ways of the Couch.

Wow. Didn't take long for deadlift form to breakdown completely.

But they are cute.

Too bad they weren't topless for the burpees.

When are we gonna see the return of the Reverse Burpee WOD?

That was a fun one.

Comment after comment of injury-filled glory with that awesome elite workout. Neck injuries. Sprains and strains of all varieties. It was pure awesomeness.

ACK!!! Testing for da roidzzzz!!!
http://games2009.crossfit.com/thegames/ ... sting.html
Break Records Legally: CrossFit will be conducting on-site steroid testing on all athletes competing at the 2009 CrossFit Games. Every competitor will be required to provide a urine specimen during the Games which will be tested for performance enhancing substances. A positive result on this test will negate any placings, and all awards will be rescinded.
My guess is that the testing will be done in-house, to guarantee desired results (a la Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis), and to make sure that dyed-in-the-wool Kool-Aid drinkers win.

EDIT: Just fully noticed the "on-site" testing. Yep. In-house. Bogus. No laboratory on the Aromas site, to my knowledge. I'm not aware of any dipstick testing for steroids, is there one? I know about the ones for recreational drugs & stimulants. My Google-Fu is not coming up with any urine tests for anabolics that doesn't require shipping to a laboratory.
