It is obviously gay for the Guru but is also ridiculous in that Rogue is charging more for them. That's a strange move IMO.

Does anyone know of a good online source of lifting routines? I hit the WOD religiously, but I'm looking for a four day/week workout in the afternoons to last approx 30min. I usually hit bodybuilding.com, but is there a better source out there somewhere?
