Maybe she is banging Couch to hurt her Ex. I mean what could hurt worse than having your stripper hot wife dump your ass for that dork and then publicly have an affair with him. Ouch! Maybe she is that mean.

you have taken a small, but staggeringly important step in understanding women.

This board has to be heavily moderated. There are a lot of unbelievable (adjective not suitable for this board) who are filled with jealousy and real hate towards CF. If this board were to be unmoderated, it would also be unreadable to all but the most hateful trolls. Thank God for Lyn.

In all honesty this is better than a tv series. You can't make the kinda shit that is in the couch thread up. Pure fucking, gin soaked, gold.

Couch Brad Miles seeking to test out his RRG coverage:
I started training a old high school friend he is 40 and he has been doing very well for the first 3 weeks. I learned last night that he twisted his knee and went to the er. He is seeing an ortho today.

Without knowing the extent to the injury, how do you go about training a guy who may be limited in running, jumping, squats, etc. I do not have a c2 yet. I figured burpees may even hurt his knee. Any input would be great.
Run = No. Jump = No. Squat = No. Burpees = Maybe???

I dunno about her cooch, but you gotta respect those jugs. Even if they're getting saggy you can duck tape them together and wedge your cack in between.

You gotta get Shari in there. She would totally go above and beyond to try and show up up ANYC.

And I think we all know 'above and beyond' for a chick like that is where it's at.

It a million times better. You can walk away from Days Of Our Lives or Desperate Housewives for half a season, come back and nothing major will have happened since you left off. Miss a day of the @fit drama and you have five pages of cuntiness and @sshatery to catch up on.

Since I started participating in more online communities (which actually started with this one), I've found this to be one of the most well moderated ones... thanks for keeping us all on track!

And thanks for allowing folks like Jamie, Renee, and I to push the envelope of innuendo on a regular basis... I like to think we get away with it because we're so darned cute.

It should also be noted that the Renee Lee chick is one of the all-time most atrocious looking @Fit women. She should not be pushing the bounds of innuendo IMO.

How many negative ZONE blocks is a pukey worth?

I decided to check out the @fit forum to see what makes this thread grow like bacteria and I end up with this:
Paul,

What part of the "debate" is being stifled? You have to break this thing down into pieces, as I tried to do above. If you have questions as to what the range of opinions are on x, y, or z, you can ask those questions. There are no barriers to that. In fact, this is a great place to do it. You will note that there are a lot of people in the Nutrition forum who, for whatever reason, do not follow the Zone Diet. Some like intermittent fasting; you see gallon of milk a day people; unweighed Paleo people, etc.

What is not being facilitated is rendering opinions from a distance about people you don't know, who have a history of personal disagreements, the exact nature of which is not germane to learning how to become a better athlete.

Would you ask your boss just what he and his wife were arguing about at the company dinner? Does that affect your ability to do your job? Yes, it was a public spectacle, but settled to some lesser or greater extent between those concerned.

Robb has a blog. Greg Everett has a blog. Both of them are, as far as I know, still affiliates, still teaching CrossFit their way, and still plugging along.

There is no cover up. CrossFit HQ, based on having conducted many hundreds of training seminars involving many thousands of people, has developed a pedagogy which they like. When you are training that many people, you have to have a plan and a template. That some of the people involved are not fully in agreement on every detail is inevitable. This doesn't make them unresponsive, merely in disagreement.

For those of you with jobs, what happens when you keep telling the boss he's wrong in front of other employees? Does it really matter if you are right or wrong? All of you can do what you want. All of you can follow the training prescriptions that make the most sense to you. No one is stopping you.

But simply because you think you have a better solution does not empower you to dictate to people who disagree, and then accuse them of intransigency. That is the pot calling the kettle black. The Zone has been in play here for a long time, and there is nothing wrong with it, if you add fat as needed.

The one with Eddie's name has [email protected] as the address. I wonder if that's a legit email. Doesn't seem to be the name of any CF message board member.

No way in hell am I going to bother to read that garbage, but I did scroll through just to see if any big-names replied. A lot of our friend Barry, as you might have guessed. But anyway, Nicole Ashman (has a post on the first page) looks like she's giving Dirt Diva a run for her money. (See her avatar.)
