All vagabond @fitters, ne'er do wells, and wannabees need to take some steps toward recovery.

1. Admit you are powerless in the grasp of your addiction.

2. Realize we don't care about the merits or lack thereof re previously mentioned addiction.

3. Immediately stop any claims of elite anything.

4. Post workouts in logs section of forum. Stand by for interventional questions.

5. It is Christmas. Eat some pie and stfu about paleo, zone, or atkins.

As I said, I am no Scientologist, nor am I a @fit technologist. What I am is someone who has been led down a path only to find a crock of shit running what I thought to be good.

I'm sure I will be criticized for being a member of a globo gym for many years who made a significant change in an exercise routine and found results. If your mind is so closed to an open sharing of ideas, then you are no better then the assholes running @fit.

One of the strange things about the RRG is that I never saw what it would cover or the limits. Standard CGL and homeowner policies often offer coverage for libel.

Dutch then told Asstro to leave. Asstro said he wanted Dutch to tell him to leave in front of everyone. Then the bullshit started again, with Asstro not leaving.

I've heard that couch has even banned Asstro from talking to the @F subject matter experts (like Rip, for example), even though he's their logistics/scheduling guy, because he can singlehandedly get people to leave the fold.
