Jesse Ward, the owner of Lynwood Crossfit, competes in strongman and PL.
Their gym produces some seriously strong people.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Strong people for sure, but he's a pretty loud cheerleader for @Fit on his blog and ridicules everyone else that isn't doing @Fit.Alfred_E._Neuman wrote:I've met her. It's the real deal. She competes in strongman.

There is also a considerable lack of MILF's and hot chicks in general on his site.

Also, do you think anyone who has asked to have their account deleted, only for it to be marked as "Departed" has any grounds for legal action against CrossFit Inc.? The account may (arguably) belong to CrossFit Inc., but the person's full legal name (and city of residence located directly below) most certainly does not.

If there are no nutrition certs at the moment you might all want to consider investing $25.61 on a copy of The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition by Anita Bean YOU MUST ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE. then you could buy some new equipment or something with the money you've saved.

A legit business would allow you to expunge all of your contributions upon departing.
The high moral and ethical standards of @ssfit make this an impossibility.

So it only took dyke-ass Lynn what, 5, 6 years to learn how to use the vBulletin admin panel? Good for her. With quality tech people like that, your censored community of bullshit can't go wrong.POD wrote:The thread noting the absence of nutrition certifications has been locked.

I'd bet that reading the TOS would pretty much rule that out. Also, do you think anyone who has asked to have their account deleted, only for it to be marked as "Departed" has any grounds for legal action against CrossFit Inc.? Is she within 18 degrees off of vertical? (20% slop)
Is she performing more work than a 6-year-old boy, thus making shite form acceptable to couch?
Can @F re-name the exercise, thus rendering their own form and standards? (ie. NONE) Like the Gaymes snatch, it could be called a "two feet off the ground anyhow".
Maybe @Fers are now doing their handstands "for time"...shortest time wins.
All are acceptable to cult members, you know...
Re: The couch thread
Quack Attack, that's good shit.
Jag, the forum "AUP" states that a users posts shall remain.
I'm sure that, in time, someone will be subjected to either physical assault or vandalism because of anti-CrossFit comments made online. Some CrossFitters are just that bent. (As long as there's no weapon involved, the result of such a physical altercation could actually be pretty funny.)
Edit: Wait, fuck. It's already happened. Asstro and Everett! Hahahah! And that was funny!
Another interesting rule on their forums.

It doesn't say anything about the accounts. Those "Departed" accounts are certainly still there, as there's a clear difference between them and those that were truly deleted. Leaving up a skeleton of the old account for other CrossFitters to see when reading old threads could be taken as an attempt to stick these former members' heads on a pike for all to see. That could have needless and entirely unwarranted effects on someone's reputation in real life, especially when the city of residence remains on the posts so that users can be readily identified. I'm not sure CrossFit has the right to do that after the members specifically asked to have their accounts deleted, not disabled. The two things are very different.http://board.crossfit.com/rules.php

Ok, ok, I admit, I added some text to that quote, but it didn't change the thing's meaning at all.http://board.crossfit.com/rules.php
5. Examples of inappropriate posts are those that are massively off-subject or exist solely to advertise a product; contain pornography, obscene material, racist material, any hate group material, materials promoting violence, threats or illegal acts; disparage CrossFit Inc., its employees, its management and marketing system, or its training protocol in any way or that can be construed to do such etc. Any such postings will result in immediate and permanent banishment of the poster.

No, I simply haven't seen anything lately that's really caused my blood to boil, so I'm only making general comments and observations on CrossFit. That's really all there is for me to say, since I don't contribute to the Andro Friday posts either.
I agree that my last post was probably too long-winded though; too much thought put into a topic that doesn't warrant it.

POD - so you are like the Barry Cooper for gays? Does that make you Fairy Cockgobler? Not taking part in Andro Fridays...gay.

Re: The couch thread
Crossfit never really got ahold of Parkour because doing crossfit is stupid for traceurs, bathing your muscle in lactic acid for 30 minutes strangely doesn't help you jump higher or farther or make you faster, and doing umpteen million pull ups tends to fuck shoulders and elbows in a way unconducive to climbing actual building.
On the flipside every Crossfitter I ever talked to about parkour was to worried they would get hurt if they tried parkour and it would f-up their quest to beat their fran PR.
Full disclosure I was one of the traceurs dumb enough to experiment with Crossfit, at least it introduced me to Rippetoes material.
