Jesse Ward, the owner of Lynwood Crossfit, competes in strongman and PL.
Their gym produces some seriously strong people.
Strong people for sure, but he's a pretty loud cheerleader for @Fit on his blog and ridicules everyone else that isn't doing @Fit.Alfred_E._Neuman wrote:I've met her. It's the real deal. She competes in strongman.

It's more than Lynne just bitching more about links again. There's no note at the bottom saying "This post last edited by..." meaning that she can now edit posts to clip "offensive" content, all without letting the sheeple ever know.Today, 05:15 AM #8

Re: Nutrition Certs
If there are no nutrition certs at the moment you might all want to consider investing $25.61 on a copy of The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition by Anita Bean YOU MUST ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE. then you could buy some new equipment or something with the money you've saved.
So it only took dyke-ass Lynn what, 5, 6 years to learn how to use the vBulletin admin panel? Good for her. With quality tech people like that, your censored community of bullshit can't go wrong.POD wrote:The thread noting the absence of nutrition certifications has been locked.

I'd bet that reading the TOS would pretty much rule that out. Also, do you think anyone who has asked to have their account deleted, only for it to be marked as "Departed" has any grounds for legal action against CrossFit Inc.? The account may (arguably) belong to CrossFit Inc., but the person's full legal name (and city of residence located directly below) most certainly does not.
Wonder how long it will be until couch calls RW back begging.POD wrote:The thread noting the absence of nutrition certifications has been locked.

Oh, really? Really? No offense as she seems strong, but can we at least pretend these theings are actually in balance?l-tree wrote:Abi

It doesn't say anything about the accounts. Those "Departed" accounts are certainly still there, as there's a clear difference between them and those that were truly deleted. Leaving up a skeleton of the old account for other CrossFitters to see when reading old threads could be taken as an attempt to stick these former members' heads on a pike for all to see. That could have needless and entirely unwarranted effects on someone's reputation in real life, especially when the city of residence remains on the posts so that users can be readily identified. I'm not sure CrossFit has the right to do that after the members specifically asked to have their accounts deleted, not disabled. The two things are very different.http://board.crossfit.com/rules.php
