I think the knee sox thing started to eliminate bloody shins from deadlifting and some @fitters took it as a licence to either sex it up or to display their individuality, so to speak.

Can't do it homie. Ran in 19 degree weather with 4 inches of snow and slush on the ground and my toes was nice and toasty. I know I look like a douchebag but I'm wearing them for a legit purpose rather than some fucked up fashion sense.

I gotta put in dem miles no matter rain, sleet, snow, or dark of night if I'm going to hit my running goals this year.

Good to see Kyle Maynard making some bank as a motivational speaker.

Ol' Zack will be ready to sell you some vids and a book about Hackenschmidt right there after his talk. After ZEE's vocal issues with couch, I'm surprised he's going.

I think that ZEE has a plan to network with other affiliates, convince them to become UndergroundStrengthCoach gyms, then turn on Couch. I know I'd do that if I were in his place since affiliates have loyal members and if you can flip the affiliate, you can get to all of their members and increase the business. Plus, it would be a big FUCK YOU from ZEE to Couch for sure.

Bets anyone that he'll get in Zach's face? I'm sure he would mind seeing how much of his fist can be crammed into Shave's pathetic excuse for a face.

Couch doesn't let someone get on his agenda by accident, or if there's a chance that it will go in a direction other than he's planned. This is all about "we're one happy family".

She's a much better motivational speaker, IMHO.

As for ZEE: Not knowing him, I can only guess that the machinations you all present are nothing more than theory. My guess is money was speaking loud and clear. You can buy a shitload of sandbags for $10K.

A fine pic, but alas, as someone pointed out earlier, the shine is fading on that apple. Soon she'll be going the way of "Christina Model," as everyone realizes that those bouncing sweater puppies and robotic smile are window dressing concealing a dead and withered soul.

What is the point of squatting with the weight held over head.

Sounds like it would limit your squats to the static strength of your shoulders.

What's with mixing aerobic and anaerobic exercise together? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of both, causing strain on the liver and other organs of regeneration?

Where are the scientific studies that support CrossFit? When and where were they done and why aren't they cited by Crossfit?

Lastly, what's the deal with throwing up? Is that supposed to show devotion, motivation or is it just a "Group Validation" thing, like how we bust on each other here?
