Anyone out there have their dog on a Paleo diet ?

I believe Couch's dog eats PALEO. Seriously. I think I read something by him once where he described his dog's diet being similar to CnP's chicken wing diet.

Fucking retards. A simple google search will reveal that plenty of people feed their dogs raw food, specifically chicken quarters.

My huskies would eat like that a few days a week. My boxer will get the runs if he eats a lot of raw chicken. You can feed the dogs raw chicken bones, too, only the cooked bones will splinter and fuck them up.

Raw dog food has reached such ubiquity that PetSmart has a whole line of the stuff in a cooler in their stores. We buy raw food from a small local shop. It's surprisingly inexpensive, and our dogs go bananas for it.

Nutro is a pretty good brand that uses rice instead of corn for weight. Supplement with some raw cuts (you can get them cheap at a Mexican grocery store), and your dog will look different in a couple weeks.

So yeah, the point of this thread was to discuss what you all think a typical bodybuilder's fighting capabilities would be. I've noticed sometimes when going out that people tend to be intimidated by bodybuilder-type physiques and assume that they'd be able to kick most everyone else's asses.

I'm sure their sheer strength will give them an advantage but wouldn't someone who's more explosive and athletic in general be able to win? Or would it kind of be a luck of the draw kind of thing? Like if the BBer managed to land the first punch... or if the BBer managed to grab a hold of the CFer and then slam in on the ground...

Mindset IS hugely important but im not sure id rate a RAGING Mr Bean over a mildly angry - say Josh Everrt.....

The mindset (obviously not just rage/anger) might give direction and steerage to the motor but if the vehicle is a clapped out 3 wheel banger, weak and light weight its not going to be doing much damage.

Where as a mildly angry Jason/Josh/Rob Orlando is sitting behind the the equivalent of a 16 wheel truck...lots more power under the bonnet.

Mass explosive power and stamina are obviously all hugely important fight traits. A CFer will almost certainly have more then any straight bodybuilder (barring mass)- trained at closer time domains to and mimicking more closely a fight.

In this weighty hypothetical issue - - id argue for Jason on account of where his workouts take him - mindset + explosive force. Rob Orlando could for sure

I feel like Khalipa would do better if he was able to rush in and out, more of guerilla (pardon spelling) style attack, but I feel as though Ronnie would have him done if Jason got too close for too long, simply due to Ronnie's overwhelming size.
He would probably also bait Jason into an attack by repeatedly yelling "Hey buddy" at him
