I love that picture. The open drunkenness of couch. The empty drink glasses. The laughing red face. A study of couch, as Buddha.

Catching up on about 6 pages of this shit cost me about 20 minutes of my life. I gladly sacrificed it; just sayin', that's all.

That is, without a doubt the most pitiful thing I have ever had the disprivilege of watching. That was sadder than a kitten with AIDS. It trumps all those pix of @fitters "overhead squatting" random lightweight items.

Never mind the softball champ with the Jay Leno haircut, we need to see more of the honey bunny in the pink tank in the background.Crust Bucket wrote:

my humble first post in this thread.

I started CF in 2004, and a year ago I stopped working out. I am back and re-training myself. The neural skills don't go away, and the muscles dont even get that much weaker for phosphagenic movements, but the anaerobic and aerobic pathways go straight to hell in much less than a year. Rhabdo resistance goes down with it, I gave myself a second mild case of rhabdo. Can't wait until I push my limits back out to where they should be.
I have had rhabdo twice and I seriously think it is due to failed metabolic pathways - lack of ATP prevents muscles from being able to expand once contracted and expansion causes shearing of contractile elements...
Anyway back and loving the feeling.
Two cases of rhabdo? I know some guys on another forum that are going to be cutting and pasting your post. Are you talking about 'went to the emergency room' rhabdo, or something you diagnosed yourself?
What's your plan to avoid a third case?
Good luck.

Re: The couch thread
Generations of homosexuals in San Francisco have had that kind of "rhabdo".
It comes from too many poppers and shoving non-symmetrical stuff up your ass.

It'll have to do for now. Besides, you're an old-timer compared to some of the new ass jockeys.

Name is Melinda Coursen.
Here is Melinda missing a power clean.

Here is Melinda in a threesome. She is sleeping with guy on left (Jonji).

Here is Melinda, meek and vulnerable.

No blog in sight. For additional pics, I accept VISA and Mastercard. There are some things that only a facebook account registered at the same university can find.
