I am a CF trainer, still working on things. I think the .bomb is a bunch of terrible hooey. My background is an endurance athlete and @fit was a sexy alternative to 30-35 hours of running and cycling a week. I have been injured more times than I care to admit and peed coke for a week. I found IGX from the 2 crossfitters 1 chalk bucket video and have been lurking for a while. Apparently not as long as I should have.
