I've pleaded with the Obsession bunch to open up, but the bottom line is THEY put up ALL THE CASH and barky and B were employees. They put them in front of HUNDREDS of clients and they were up front about wanting to make money. B was fine with this because he was banished from the West Coast after Sherri. After a while barky and B felt they deserved moremoney and recognition. They were making BANK off of personal clients and B was back in with cooch so the money was coming. B and Barky were about to be fired, and in a last ditch effort barky, B, and Couch got together in Miami with every intention of getting the owners out of a business they bought and paid for. B can't even start his own blog or pay his affiliate fee When it went South CFHQ came in and took it all. B and A will be the 8th affilaite in Va Beach and ADS has ordered an entire gym full of gear for their new place. This is DONE. @Fit sucks, the chicks are dykes and Couch is drunked bafoon.

They HAD NOTHING and got set up with everything. The rowers, bars and bumpers were left by CFHQ for certs.B wrote the essay for the affiliate liscense and trained people. Barky dressed like a stripper and told everyone how awesome her boyfriend is. When things got going B wantedmore cash and wanyed to be in charge of stuff. The grown ups made them leave the big table so they could talk and that is when couch came in. Couch has run his mouth to allot of people, but Luke is a Ferarri driving, bling wearing, made a shit ton of money own my own guy and may not take the abuse lying down. His family has run a dive shop in town FOREVER and he is tight with the amphib comunity. ADS is private company that has won numerous awards from military and leo folks and he may be Blaurs landlord. He isn't Rob Wolf and will not just slink away.

Understand this, the gear was lent to our licensee, Brendan Gilliam, and his/our friend and fellow CF trainer Allison. We have and continue to have a great relationship with them. Their investors, with whom we have no, ZERO, ZIP, nada contractual relationship and NEVER have, were planning to can Allison and Brendan AND make some claim on OUR gear. Presumably to force us to litigate the ownership and cause enough time to pass for them to eventually say, "oh yeah, never mind" and give it back after replacing both it and Allison and Brendan.

We moved to protect both OUR gear and OUR friends. Tell me in what sane universe we are wrong, ethically or legally? Someone, please, explain to me the error of my thinking. I'd love to hear this.

Only to have a competing @fit open literally one block away, and in another case a few doors down. Couch tells us the cream will rise to the top, and there can be an @fit on every corner. Really? Is Couch stuffing all of the gyms with new equipment, or just a favored few? Why the affiliates aren't storming the AZ compound with pitchforks over this bullshit is beyond me.

True. Why is CFHQ "lending" their gear to any one affiliate? Why should I pay $1000 (or whatever it is) for a piece of paper when some tatted up douchebag and his funbag slut get a piece of paper AND a gym full of equipment. If the other affiliates were smart they'd start a shitstorm over this.
