Have one of these at Stroud's. Extreme ab Training. Highest kudos for this tool.

$150 ab wheel? Seriously?
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Looks like something you could build by cannibalizing parts from an old wheelbarrow.

I've been wanting to add the lifeline version to my kit for awhile. Only $59.95 plus shipping. I'm surprised that Westside uses a version.

Yeah, that can be cobbled up for much less, I'm sure.

That's very similar to the old version of the lifeline wheel. I have one. I like it a bit better than the new lifeline, that I also have, though I'm not sure why. Right now, it needs air in the tire...

It would be nice, if some of the links worked on their site. Videos are down, westside link not working....

Supposedly the sell the Lifeline wheel (and other Lifeline products like yesterday's news Jungle Gym) up at Sport Chalet now. I don't know if that store is national or not. I've never seen 'em anywhere but AZ.

Can one not do the same thing with the TRX; moreover, with additional gravitational force and trajectory?

You know the answer to that: ONE CAN DO ANYTHING WITH THE TRX OF COURSE. ONE CAN REALIZE EVERY DREAM HE OR SHE HAS EVER HAD WITH THE TRX.

Looks like it would be great if you only put your feet on the wheel as you don't have to strap in like the Lifeline wheel but thwe liferline wheel has handles to do drills with your hands on the wheel.

It also is a plastic wheel so no flats.
