These cleans are just abysmal. Forget all that form breaks down at the margins of intensity crap ... none of those reps were what a novice should emulate..or anyone. For them to put that up on their site as a "demo" of how that workout should look is just laughable.
Props to that dude for cleaning 335#. He said at the end of the video that he could do more when he played football.

did the work out from Wednesday, April 7 and I'm pretty sure I messed up both my knees with all that jumping. They are painful, especially when walking stairs, make crunching noises occasionally and my leg muscles are tight. Any suggestions?
