But the ones who do.

Well I for one certainly do appreciate
them, no doubt about that.
But for me, I'm a little too hefty. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter too much to me what the women think, I mean Christ, they change their minds so damned often anyway it's ridiculous. I'd just like to be lighter on my feet and to be able to tie my shoes comfortably. Well that, and to not have to worry too much about heart disease. Yeah I'll probably get slammed for the "worried about heart disease" comment but fuck it, I like being alive and experiencing all the new, cool shit the world has to offer and that's something that concerns me.
If you're worried then why in the fuck aren't you doing something about it?
I should have clarified. I
am doing something about it.
First thing I did was give my eating plan an overhaul, focusing on eating good, quality food over quantity. No more fulking. Cut my calories back by getting rid of all the junk and soda (really throwing out simple carbs, fast food and sodas) and then adding in better protein sources so I'd get 300 grams of protein per day, and I also added in sources for healthy fats, evoo and olives, almonds and pistachios so I'd have a favorable ratio of mono and poly unsaturated fat, to saturated fats. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a doctor or anything. I just figure if things like avocados, pistachios, almonds and walnuts and olives are good for you, it's probably good to eat them in a good 2:1 ratio to the bad stuff that might still get in there. I could be wrong.
Then I added in an appropriate amount of good cardio, and I was off to the races.
Started this up exactly two weeks ago. According to the scale today I've lost 8 lbs. and I feel great, and I was also able to do all my scheduled lifts today at the gym as well. So things are good, got no complaints in that department.
