Why don't you like weightlifting, T? While we're on topic, could you give a brief summary how you think a person should train? Strength training and conditioning, flexibility/mobility/agility, etc.? Maybe even thoughts on nutrition.

I think weightlifting is great if it is all you are doing. But to actually be good at it one needs to dedicate a LOT of time. Thus it is simply not the best option for the average dude or especially an athlete (Alvin Roy has been responsible for much time-wasted in strength and conditioning over the years).

I love the sport of weightlifting though.

I have no set notion on how any non-athlete should be training as a generic template.

For athletes I have many thoughts but they are all specific to bodytype, mental factors and sport/position.

I see where you are coming from concerning the weightlifting. I have recently started training the power version of the oly lifts and they are a bitch.

I think I read somewhere that Nubain is being manufactured overseas again, and that it's starting to show up on lists again.

The best Nubain story I heard was about a guy who ran out then rinsed his empty bottles with tap water to inject the residue. The story started with "I'm not an addict, but...."

A buddy of mine went on a flight once with 2 bottles of Nubain and like 20 syringes stuffed in his sock (pre-9/11 obviously). He said some of the syringes fell out while he was standing in line to board the plane. That would be amusing because he wasn't using insulin pins but as I recall they were 25gX1.5'' pins.

Usually it's the drunk guy cupping the chick's breast in pictures. Ol' Couch...always bucking tradition.

WTF happened to his face? It looks like he got a chemical peel before getting swatted with a cactus.

Take enough Nubain and you won't give a shit that you're injecting it through a harpoon.

Nubain may not need a big needle (I wouldn't know), but 25G is not a big needle IMO.

There are some pics on this site of Nubians with huge asses. Stands to reason that they would need a big needle.

according to what I know you can use an insulin needle and shoot it right into your vein, much more effective than IM use.

Never took it, never will, but know plenty of people who have

Sounds plausible to me.

You must never have donated plasma...that needle is HUGE and goes IV (I never asked guage, I'd say 16 or 18 though).

Allow me to clarify, gents... 25g isn't the problem, the 1.5" is. That is retarded long for doing nubain.

And I never donated plasma.... but I know how the 18 feels, not the best.
